By profession, he is a Civil Engineer with 28 years rich experience in Construction Chemicals and Construction Industry, specially in Admixture segment.

He started his career as Quality Control Head in Railway’s Precast Sleepers Industry in 1993. Then actual journey of Construction Chemicals started in Jan 98, when he joined MBT (Master Builders Technology), presently became BASF CC and now MBCC. He joined in R&D department, where he gave Technical solutions for specific concrete requirements to many Construction projects and developed many products needed for the Industry. ‘Glenium’- 3rd generation PCE polymers successfully introduced to Indian Market with new concrete technologies like Self Compacting Concrete, High Early Strength, High Performance Concrete. Till 2007, he handled many projects and became Product Manager for Admixture segment.

April 2007, he joined Pidilite Industries Ltd. as Key Accounts Manager, to make project division stronger. In short time, he developed many key accounts in his new role of Sales & Marketing.

The major role he played in CAC, where he joined in Sept 2008. It’s forward integration from Raw Materials suppliers to the Admixture suppliers. Without any technical collaboration, he established the brand CAC in the market by handling Technical, R&D, Sales and Marketing responsibilities. He plays key role to replaced Korean PCE polymers with “Make in India” PCE polymers to . Today CAC is using these Indigenous PCE polymers in their 4 manufacturing plants in India and 2 plants in Middle East and Oman market. Today CAC manufacture admixtures of about 3750 MT per month.

In June 2021, He started his own manufacturing company “Divya-Sai Conchem Pvt. Ltd.”, where they manufactured key 5 PCE polymers in house required to make end admixtures. Within short span of 5 months, they are engaged with reputed customers like Godrej and Boyce, Starcrete, Prism Johnson, Swastik Infralogics and many more.
